This agreement establishes the terms of relationship between www.ido24.com (“the company “)and the affiliate partner (“the partner “), both sides agree that:

1. The company operates a travel reservation system which provides distribution, pricing and reservation for hotels and resorts in Thailand including golf course, sightseeing tours, water activities, etc. While the partner has agreed that they will promote our product online and /or offline means to customers on the terms set out in this agreement.

2. The Partner will complete the application form via our site and the company will review the application for acceptance which should take no longer than 1 business day. After the review is completed, the Company will forward email confirming acceptance with assigned username and password that the Partner will use to log into the affiliate account. However we reserve the right to reject application for reason we deems necessary such as sites we find to contain sexually, violent, discriminatory or illegal content.

3. Our acceptance of your application to become an Affiliate means you are authorized to establish links to www.ido24.com (“Web site”) from your web site (“Affiliate Web site”) to promote and enable bookings for the products. We will also provide you with all graphical and technical support required to execute the program.

4. A commission start up of 50% from margin of ido24.com (after COS/TAX) is paid out as commission on a monthly basis to affiliates with a comprehensive online summary available. Partners will be paid the month following the guest's departure
   from the hotel.
   
   
   • From the profit margin, 7% (of profit margin) is allocated for government tax(GT), 3 % (of total amount of the booking) charged for card transaction cost (TC) by our local bank, 15% (of benefit margin) is for our operation cost (OC).

   The profits after GTOC will be shared between our partner and us. All commission is calculated from our net margin on each booking. Higher share for high volume partner depending on booking departures in a calerdar month. The following is our standard commission structure.

   Partners will be paid the month following the guest's departure from the hotel. Partners will be sent payment by wire transfer by the 10th of the month. If the Affiliate Partners requests payment by International Money Transfer, they will be liable for bank charged levied on this transaction. This charge will be deducted on the amount paid. Minimum payment amount is set at USD100.

5. In consideration for the commission, the Partner agrees to use the best effort to promote the products for www.ido24.com on the affiliate website. The Partner will not promote this affiliation outside the scope of the Links without our express prior to written consent that will be given or withheld in our sole discretion. The Partner may not modify any of our images and content. The Company reserves all rights for the icons, our trade names and trademarks.

6. This Agreement shall automatically terminate on the date on which we no longer maintain the Affiliate Program contemplated hereunder. Additionally, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing notice (including via e-mail) to the other party. We may also terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement or that your Web site(s) is unsuitable to participate in this Affiliate Program. Together with all other provisions that may reasonably be interpreted as surviving termination or expiration of this Agreement will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
